Quality Audit Done by a Private Company 2012

We had our ISO 9001:2008 Quality Audit done by a Private Company in March and passed with no findings. Again, we are proud of this accomplishment and are compelled to write it down as news.

Materials Science International has been helping keep people cool and green for more than 30 years. Columbus-based MSI uses a machining process to create fine metal and ceramic particles, which can then be applied to surfaces such as glass and solar panels, to increase efficiency and durability of the surface ….. to read more (see on the PDF files section “Keys to Success.”) 

During the early part of September, Bill Bailey, our Excutive Vice President decided to step down and retire after 15+ years of service. We were all sad to see him leave but he was ready and he and his wife, Jan, are taking on new jobs as travelers and relaxers. We wish them both well.

The Company hired Mr. John Davis to take over Bill’s position. He has metal forming, human resources, international management and an accounting background.
